Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Bellflower, CA seeks an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a per diem role. You will prepare patients and rooms, assist physicians during procedures with C-Arm and ultrasound guidance, and ensure sterile technique while adhering to safety protocols.

Requires ARRT certification or state licensure, BLS, 4–6 years’ experience, and familiarity with inventory management. Per diem schedules apply, with comprehensive benefits eligibility where offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree desirable; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Current ARRT Certification and/or State Licensure per state regulations.
• Interventional Radiology certificate preferred.
• 4–6 years’ related experience desirable; 1 year ARRT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and procedure room in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Set up and stock procedure trays and materials for interventional procedures.
• Assist physicians with interventional radiology procedures and image guidance.
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to radiation safety policies.
• Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies; assist with billing and coding as needed.
