Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a per diem Interventional Radiology Technologist for our Garden Grove, CA surgery center. You will assist physicians in IR procedures, operate C-Arm fluoroscopy, maintain sterile technique, and manage room setup and supplies.

The role supports patient preparation, positioning, and post-procedure cleanup, with an emphasis on safety, compliance, and quality of care. Per diem schedule and flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• Current ARRT certification or State licensure required.
• Interventional Radiology certificate preferred.
• 4–6 years related experience desirable; 1 year for ARRT candidates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and procedure room per policy and regulations.
• Set up and stock procedure room with supplies and interventional equipment.
• Assist physician during interventional procedures and perform fluoroscopy while maintaining sterility.
• Prepare patient for procedure, position and transfer as needed.
• Input patient data into the C-Arm and manage records.
• Maintain equipment, ensure cleanliness and order in the procedure area.
