Job summary

The Jericho Project is seeking a Part-time Per Diem House Manager to protect residents and property across Bronx and Harlem sites. This role reports to the Superintendent/Property Manager and involves on-site security oversight, incident documentation, and coordination during staff absences.

The position is non-exempt, non-salaried, and pays $17.50 per hour with flexible hours to meet the agency’s needs and residents’ safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Fire Guard Certification required; may be pursued after hire.
• Experience in security or building operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain the safety of tenants and the facility.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
• Check work email daily and document incidents.
