Job summary

Hospice of North Carolina is seeking a Per Diem Hospice RN Case Manager (RNCM) to join our compassionate nursing team serving Murphy and surrounding communities. You will deliver hands-on hospice care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through the hospice journey.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll work with the Clinical Director, educate families, and participate in on-call duties.

Qualifications

Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a plus!
Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.
Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state.
Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
