Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. This per-diem, independent contractor role focuses on in-home infusion visits, patient education, and coordinating care with pharmacy and clinical staff.

You will perform assessments, administer IV therapies such as IVIG and IV biologics, document care plans, and ensure adherence to treatment protocols while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in patients' homes across

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN state license.
2+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers.
2+ years with IV Immunoglobulins and IV Biologics; CRNI preferred.
Experience with peripheral IV starts, infusion therapy, and phlebotomy for adults and pediatrics.
Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
CPR and BLS certification with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home infusion visits according to the plan of care.
Document nursing notes and interventions in clinical and non-clinical records.
Collaborate with pharmacy and other clinical staff as a resource.
Educate patients on therapy protocols, side effects, and home infusion procedures.
Ensure patient understanding of therapy plans and adherence.
Perform head-to-toe assessments and develop care plans with required services.
