Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. This role provides in-home care and patient education for therapies such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

The RN will conduct in-home visits, document interventions, educate patients, collaborate with pharmacy teams, and ensure safety and adherence.

Qualifications

• RN with current state license and nursing degree.
• 2+ years in home infusion and infusion centers.
• Experience with IV Immunoglobulins and IV Biologics; CRNI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits according to plan of care.
• Document patient interventions in clinical and non-clinical records.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, side effects, and adherence.
