Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. This role involves in-home infusion visits and patient education, delivering care for treatments such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

The RN will provide telephone and in-person advice, collaborating with the Director of Nursing to ensure adherence to care plans and high-quality home infusion services. Strong nursing judgment and clinical guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• 2+ years of experience in home infusion/infusion centers.
• 2+ years with IV immunoglobulins and IV biologics; CRNI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits per care plan.
• Document nursing interventions in clinical and non-clinical records.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, side effects, and procedures.
