Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. This role combines infusion therapy and patient education, providing in-home care and valuable support to patients undergoing treatments such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

The RN will be responsible for providing telephone and in-person advice and education to patients. This role requires offering interventions, counseling, and support services that require significant nursing

Qualifications

• RN graduate with active state license.
• Two+ years in home infusion and infusion centers.
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics; CRNI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits per plan of care.
• Prepare nursing notes and document interventions in records.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols and adherence.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and care team to coordinate services.
• Assess and address patient needs, drug side effects, and safety.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and revise care plans.
