Soleo Health is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Broomfield, CO area. The role emphasizes direct patient care, education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in home or alternate settings.

Requirements include current RN license, BSN preferred, infusion experience, and ability to drive to patient locations. Mileage reimbursement and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• BSN preferred; advanced infusion certifications encouraged.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion preferred.
• ICU or Cardiac Care background preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office.
• Valid driver’s license with no significant restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned infusion patients in home or alternate site.
• Initiate and maintain communications with care team and pharmacists.
• Educate patient and care partner for safe home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment and modify as needed for safety.
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care with the team.
• Manage scheduling and document all encounters per policy.
