Amedisys, part of the Optum family, is hiring a Per Diem Speech Pathologist to provide in-home evaluation and treatment for speech, language, cognition, voice and swallowing disorders in adults in Bellevue, Washington. You will work with patients and families to enhance communication, safety and quality of life in a home-care setting.

Salary is hourly and commensurate with experience, with benefits and opportunities for professional development within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Formación

• CCC-SLP certification and CAA-accredited program completion.
• Current state license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation for deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals and AAC options for severe expressive/language disorders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
