UnitedHealth Group, through Amedisys, seeks a Per Diem Speech Pathologist to deliver in-home evaluation and treatment for speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to enhance communication, safety, independence, and quality of life through personalized care.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification with accredited CAA program.
• Current, valid state license to practice speech pathology.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Work to prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing and provide AAC systems for individuals with severe expressive and/or language comprehension disorders.
• Other duties as assigned.
