Aufgaben

• Performs patient-centered scheduling duties using the Epic scheduling system and assigns cases to appropriate interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensures efficient and organized operations.
• Runs reports for clinicians and clinical managers to ensure completion of clinical documentation.
• Responsible for tracking and ordering patient supplies under the direction of the interdisciplinary team members.
• Checks weekly timesheets for correctness and coordinates with payroll as needed.
• Handles phone communication with patients, families, and physician offices as appropriate.
• Service excellence in daily tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
