Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
• Current state license to practice as an OTA.
• NBCOT entry-level certification eligibility.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ years OTA experience.
• If less than 1 year, regional clinical leaders' approval and mentoring/residency may be required.

Aufgaben

• Provide skilled interventions under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
• Document visits according to AOTA guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Observe and report patient responses and changes to the supervising OT and clinical staff.
• Provide patient/caregiver resources for future ADL/IADL needs.
• Promote wellness and engagement in meaningful activities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of community resources/services.
• Recommend follow-up care with the admitting care center.
• Stay current with OT trends and care coordination.
• Other duties as assigned.
