• Three years of call center/front desk experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in customer service, call center operations, and/or healthcare.
• Knowledge of third-party payors including federal, state and private health plans.
• Experience updating registration.
• Ability to use multiple systems during calls.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professionalism, accountability and ability to work with minimal supervision in a large organization.
