• Three (3) years of call center/front desk experience in a large, complex healthcare setting.
• Experience in customer service, call center operations, or healthcare.
• Knowledge of third‑party payors including federal, state and private health plans.
• Experience updating registration.
• Strong problem solving, judgment, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work across multiple systems during calls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-line incoming calls and perform patient registration.
• Verify insurance eligibility for outpatient services.
• Use EPIC to input and retrieve patient information.
