Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care setting.
• May require overtime and flexible hours; Verbal De-Escalation Certification during Fairfax training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide quality, efficient service to internal and external customers.
• Answer and route calls across multiple lines and respond to routine questions.
• Assist with patient admissions/discharge coordination and lobby monitoring.
• Perform related clerical duties as assigned.
