Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours; Verbal De-Escalation Certification provided during Fairfax training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide quality service to internal and external customers.
• Answer and route multiple phone lines and respond to routine questions.
• Assist with coordination of patient admissions and discharge processes; monitor lobby activity.
• Perform other related clerical duties as assigned.
