Qualifications

• Verbal De-Escalation Certification to be completed during Fairfax new hire training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and provide quality service to internal and external customers.
• Answer and route multiple phone lines and respond to routine questions.
• Assist with coordination of patient admissions and discharge processes.
• Monitor patients in lobby and perform related clerical duties as assigned.
