Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. Work a few days a week, Monday through Friday, with shifts between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, delivering occupational therapy programs and helping patients restore independence.

You’ll report to the Director of Rehab, collaborate with a caring team, and enjoy our strong mentorship, CEU opportunities, and visa sponsorship options as part of a growing national network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assists in implementing occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follows developed recovery plans and delivers therapy treatments.
• Addresses whole-patient needs and promotes independence.
• Collaborates with peers and refers to ensure患者 receive appropriate care.
• Delivers high-quality, compassionate care in a patient-centered environment.
