Job summary

Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a per diem/PRN role. You will support licensed therapists, implement treatment plans, and help residents regain independence through flexible scheduling and patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate families, and assist with adaptive equipment and safety protocols in a rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• COTA license is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Ability to collaborate with therapists and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans and adapting activities.
