Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) per diem to join our skilled nursing and long-term care teams.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, maintain compliant documentation, and collaborate with the care team. New graduates welcome with mentorship; NBCOT certification and state licensure required. Flexible schedule and ongoing professional development offered.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification as a COTA (state dependent).
• Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and kept up to date.
