Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest Ohio in Toledo, OH is seeking a per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our compassionate therapy team. The role supports patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal injuries, and orthopedic procedures through individualized, one-on-one therapy sessions under an occupational therapist.

This position emphasizes mobility, activities of daily living, and functional outcomes in a state-of-the-art rehab setting.

Formación

• Current licensure as a COTA required per state guidelines.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR card required.
• One year of direct patient care experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direction of an occupational therapist, provides rehabilitative services to individuals with physical impairments.
• Monitors the patient's program and records patient's progress for the occupational therapist.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
