Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for per diem work in SNF and long-term care settings. You will deliver occupational therapy under supervision and help implement personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• NBCOT certification may be required by the state.
• Current license as a COTA in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
