Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility team. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Initial certification from NBCOT.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and coordinate patient care.
• Support patients in regaining independence and function.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across settings.
