Job summary

Guidelight Health, a growing behavioral health provider, seeks a Clinical Therapist for per diem coverage at the Sisters Clinic. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering group and individual therapy to adults and adolescents.

The PRN therapist will work under the Executive Director, provide coverage for group therapy, with occasional 1:1 sessions. Prior licensure in state plus supervision duties; we offer free clinical supervision hours to support

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid independent licensure in the applicable state (state-specific acronyms).
• Willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight's supervision program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans.
