Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a per diem Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services in our PHP/IOP program at Central Park onsite. This PRN position requires licensed/associate-licensed therapists; supervision for associates is offered as part of Guidelight's program.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and delivering individual, group, and family therapies for adults and adolescents.

Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
Valid Independent state licensure in the applicable state.
If eligible, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.
Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (individual, group, family).
Monitor and document progress and adjust treatment plans for cohesive case conceptualization.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for comprehensive care.
Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and consult with clinical leaders.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
Identify community resources during treatment and aftercare planning.
Educate clients and families about mental health and build trusting relationships.
