Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Independent Colorado licensure preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Supervision for associates may be included.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for cohesive care.
