Job summary

Guidelight Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Per Diem Clinical Therapist, pre-licensed or fully licensed, to work onsite within our PHP/IOP programs. The role emphasizes high-quality behavioral health care and supports clinicians toward licensure through structured supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure in the applicable state.
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor and document clients' progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Completes suicide risk assessment within identified time frames and with proper thoroughness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and treatment options.
