Job summary

Guidelight Health, a cutting-edge behavioral healthcare company, seeks a Per Diem Clinical Therapist to support PHP/IOP services onsite at Central Park. Reports to the Executive Director.

This role emphasizes high-quality care for both adult and adolescent populations in a per diem capacity. Candidates should hold independent licensure in Colorado or be eligible, with experience in group therapy and supervision for associates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid Independent state licensure in the state applicable (Add appropriate acronyms).
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians per Guidelight’s supervision program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy; monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames.
