Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a per diem Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services onsite in Cherry Creek, CO. The role supports group therapy and occasionally 1:1 sessions, working under the Executive Director.

Applicants must hold a master's degree in a related field with Colorado licensure; independent licensure preferred. Training includes free clinical supervision hours to support licensure progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Colorado independent licensure preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Willing to supervise associate licensed clinicians as part of Guidelight’s program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapies: individual, group, and family sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for comprehensive care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames and criteria.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews.
• Identify community resources for treatment and aftercare planning.
• Adhere to standardized curricula and treatment planning.
