Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a PRN Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services at our onsite Denver Tech Center location. The role requires a minimum of 8 hours per month and focuses on group therapy with occasional 1:1 sessions for adults and adolescents.

The therapist will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid independent state licensure in applicable state.
• Willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors.
• Complete suicide risk assessments and participate in case reviews.
• Maintain progress notes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
