Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a per diem Clinical Therapist to provide group therapy and occasional 1:1 support for adults and adolescents in Colorado. PRN therapists work a minimum of 8 hours per month, with access to free clinical supervision hours toward licensure.

A master’s degree and independent Colorado licensure are preferred; licensing supervision for associates is provided for those meeting criteria.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Independent state licensure in Colorado (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) preferred or pursuing licensure.
• Willingness to provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of supervision program.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral health therapy to individuals, groups, and families.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and document progress to inform care decisions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments and contribute to case reviews.
