Job summary

New Patterns ABA in Massachusetts is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician ABA to work with a dynamic team delivering in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

You will collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement personalized treatment plans, collect and review client data, support families, and promote independence in a compassionate, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 0 years of experience; training in ABA therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to address client needs
• Collect data on client behavior
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and adjust treatment plans
• Provide support to clients and families to promote independence and self-advocacy
