You will automate processes, analyze requirements, and contribute to design reviews while coordinating with end users and IT staff to deliver robust, integrated PeopleSoft solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and Pension Administration.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle databases and SQR programming.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft with third‑party systems.
• Ability to analyze data mapping from PeopleSoft to a new system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced analysis, programming, and development across all ERS PeopleSoft applications and modules.
• Conduct extensive data research to develop data mapping rules from PeopleSoft to a new system.
• Collaborate with ETL developers, testers, and business analysts to define mapping rules and estimates.
• Write, test, debug, and maintain complex PeopleSoft programs using SQR, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and related tools.
• Design and develop complex PeopleSoft Pages and Components; work with XML Publisher reporting.
• Utilize PeopleSoft Integration tools and web services to integrate with third-party systems.
• Analyze user requirements and automate processing to enhance applications and systems integration.
• Prepare detailed technical design documents and development plans, flow diagrams, and procedures.
