Job summary

Sistema Technologies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Developer for a long-term contract in Austin, TX. Ideal candidates will perform advanced system analysis and development within PeopleSoft Benefits and Pension Administration, while mapping data from the current system to a new target system.

Requirements include multiple years of PeopleSoft Tools experience, SQL with Oracle, SQR, PeopleCode, and XML Publisher. Strong data analysis and Application Engine skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data processing, computer science, business or a related field.
• At least six years of experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools development.
• At least three years of PeopleSoft development experience with Benefits Administration and Pension Administration.
• At least three years of experience using SQL with an Oracle database.
• At least three years of writing SQR programs and PeopleSoft PeopleCode.
• At least three years of in-depth data analysis.
• At least two years of PeopleSoft Application Engine programming.
• At least one year of PeopleSoft XML Publisher experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced PeopleSoft systems analysis and programming duties in the area of Benefits and Pension Administration.
• Create data mapping rules from PeopleSoft to the new system.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or enhance existing systems.

Sistema is looking for a PeopleSoft Developer with our government client based in Austin, TX for a long-term contract position.

Responsibilities:

Performs advanced PeopleSoft systems analysis and programming duties in the area of PeopleSoft Benefits and Pension Administration. Work involves doing extensive data research and work on creating data mapping rules from PeopleSoft to the new system. Work may also involve analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to enhance existing systems; systems integration; writing complex programs; and giving technical assistance to programming personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have graduated from a four-year college or university with the last year of major coursework in data processing, computer science, business or a related field. Each year of related experience over the required minimum may be substituted for one year (30 semester hours) of required college credit.
• At least six years of experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools development.
• At least three years of PeopleSoft development experience with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and Pension Administration.
• At least three years of experience using SQL with an Oracle database.
• At least three years of experience of writing SQR programs and PeopleSoft PeopleCode.
• At least three years of experience of doing in-depth data analysis.
• At least two years of experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine programming.
