Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in PeopleSoft PeopleTools development with HR/benefits modules.
• Proficient in SQL/Oracle, SQR, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
• Ability to map data and document technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced analysis, programming, and development across ERS PeopleSoft apps.
• Develop data mapping rules for migration from PeopleSoft to the new system.
• Collaborate with ETL, QA, business analysts, and end users to define mappings.
• Develop, test, debug, and maintain complex PeopleSoft programs using SQR, PeopleCode, App Engine.
• Design and develop complex PeopleSoft pages, components, and functionality.
• Create reports using PeopleSoft XML Publisher.
• Integrate PeopleSoft with other systems via web services and integration tools.
• Prepare design documents, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Assess development effort for enhancements and upgrades.
• Provide guidance and support to team and project stakeholders.
• Support implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation activities.
