Job summary

Neos Consulting Group is seeking a PeopleSoft ERP Developer (Benefits & Pension Administration) for a long-term contract in Austin, TX. Hybrid work is available, with in-office presence required at least three days per week.

The role involves advanced PeopleSoft analysis, data mapping, and integration with third-party systems. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in PeopleSoft Benefits and Pension modules, SQL/Oracle, SQR, and XML Publisher reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience with PeopleSoft Benefits and Pension modules.
• Proficient in SQL with Oracle and in developing with SQR and Application Engine.
• Experience with PeopleSoft XML Publisher reporting and web services integration.
• Ability to map data and write complex data transformations and data mapping rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced analysis and development of ERS PeopleSoft applications.
• Develop data mappings from PeopleSoft to the new system; assist ETL team.
• Define data mapping rules and provide work item estimates.
• Write and debug PeopleSoft programs: SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode.
• Design PeopleSoft Pages/Components; work with XML Publisher reporting.
• Integrate PeopleSoft with third-party apps via web services.
• Create design documents and assess effort for new/enhanced systems.
• Attend meetings and comply with agency policies.
• Work on-call after hours as required.
