Job summary

Allied Consultants, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks an experienced PeopleSoft ERP Developer to join a high-impact technical services team. You will perform advanced analysis and development across PeopleSoft Benefits and Pension modules, including data mapping, integrations, and reporting.

The role requires expertise in PeopleTools, SQL/Oracle, SQR, PeopleCode, and Application Engine, with responsibilities spanning design, testing, and collaboration with analysts and users.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in data processing, CS, business or related field; experience may substitute for credits.
• 6+ years related experience in PeopleSoft development.
• 3+ years PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and Pension Administration.
• 3+ years SQL with Oracle database experience.
• 3+ years experience writing SQR programs and PeopleSoft PeopleCode.
• 3+ years experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine programming.
• 1+ year PeopleSoft XML Publisher experience.
• 2+ years experience doing in-depth data analysis.
• Preferred: PeopleSoft integration with other PeopleSoft and third-party apps via web services.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced PeopleSoft systems analysis and programming in Benefits and Pension Administration.
• Creates data mapping rules from PeopleSoft to the new system.
• Analyzes user requirements and automates processing; supports systems integration.
• Writes, tests, and debugs complex PeopleSoft programs (SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode).
• Designs and develops complex PeopleSoft Pages and Components.
• Experience with PeopleSoft XML Publisher reporting.
• Experience with Web Services integration between PeopleSoft and third-party apps.
• Prepares technical design documents and estimates effort for new systems or enhancements.
