Job summary

EY’s People Consulting group seeks a Manager in the Business Performance capability to advise and implement programs aligning with strategic direction, culture, and organizational purpose. You will guide behavioral change initiatives and manage client-facing workstreams with a focus on quality and risk management.

You will travel as needed for client engagements, lead sessions, drive process improvements, and support opportunity development while mentoring teams in a dynamic, hybrid environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (business, HR, or psychology)
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in top-tier consulting
• Technical skills in change management and experience design
• Strong communications and engagement strategy capabilities
• Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling
• Experience in leadership and workforce assessment
• Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy
