• Lead and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Manage HR office functions: benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll, and staffing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, train on Logistics standards, and drive training programs for hourly and supervisory staff.
