Qualifications

• 1+ years of Retail Leadership/HR Management experience.
• Ability to recruit, source, interview, and hire effectively.
• Strong onboarding, scheduling, and data-tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive hiring, onboarding, and retention activities across store teams.
• Create weekly schedules aligned with traffic and talent needs.
• Maintain associate data integrity across HR systems and files.
• Manage background checks, eligibility, and timekeeping responsibilities.
