• Lead retention and engagement activities and promote continuous learning.
• Foster a positive store culture and recognize associate contributions.
• Maintain associate data accurately across systems for compliance and payroll.
• Prepare effective schedules aligned with talent and business needs.
• Audit timecards and track attendance daily.
• Participate in leadership planning to coordinate hiring, training, and engagement tasks.
