Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a seasoned People Technology Lead to provide end-to-end technical leadership across the P&O technology stack, focusing on Workday and adjacent platforms. You will partner with product, payroll, talent, finance, security, and EA to translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions and drive architecture across the entire P&O landscape.

The role requires deep Workday knowledge and the ability to lead solution discovery, governance, and design

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise tech across HR/People Technology
• Strong solution architecture spanning SaaS, integrations, data, security
• Deep Workday knowledge: architecture, security, integrations, data model
• Experience leading cross-platform Workday and third-party P&O tech
• Able to translate business needs into scalable designs and communicate complex concepts
• Experience in technical discovery, architecture reviews, and design governance
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, IAM, data governance and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, architecture reviews, and design sessions for P&O initiatives
• Define target-state architecture across Workday and P&O tech landscape
• Evaluate options: configuration, third-party products, integrations, custom development
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Security to ensure standards and strategy
• Define the technical roadmap for P&O technology landscape
• Guide teams, vendors, and SI partners for end-to-end delivery
• Maintain architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration inventories
• Ensure identity, privacy, security, auditability, and compliance in designs
