Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC in San Mateo, CA seeks a Sr. Manager, People Technology and Services to partner with HR leaders and drive the technology roadmap for HCM, Compensation, Time and Absence, Security and Integrations. You will lead Workday architecture and integrations, govern releases, and ensure SOX-compliant controls.
The role requires a Master’s degree and 5+ years in HR technology with strong cross-functional leadership and program delivery capabilities.
Formación
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
- Experience architecting scalable HR technology solutions across global orgs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and multi-year roadmaps.
Responsabilidades
- Partner with HR stakeholders to drive and prioritize the HR tech roadmap.
- Identify level of effort and engage required resources for projects.
- Define and execute Workday configurations across Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Security, and Reporting; manage Workday integrations.
- Oversee discovery, design, UAT, change mgmt and deployment; drive SOX-compliant controls.
- Establish KPIs, measure adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
