Job summary

Spring Fertility is seeking a People Team Coordinator to execute core HR administrative processes across the Bay Area and nationwide. You will partner with People Business Partners to ensure compliant, proactive, and accurate people practices while managing data and employee support.

The role requires 2–4 years of HR-related experience with HRIS systems like ADP or RIPPLING, outstanding attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HR Coordinator, HR generalist, HR operations, or people operations experience preferred.
• Experience working with HRIS systems ADP, RIPPLING or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute core People Team administrative processes across multiple field locations.
• Support People Business Partners with employee relations, LOA and ADA accommodations tracking.
• Maintain HR forms, templates, and internal materials for accessibility and consistency.
• Support processing of employment separations and verifications of employment.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Generate and distribute reports to support compliance and business needs.
