Job summary

MITY Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Talent Partner to own recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes from the headquarters in Orem, Utah.

This full-time, in-office role partners with hiring managers and leaders to understand staffing needs and drive a positive candidate and new hire experience. You will manage postings, outreach, assessments, and coordination with agencies while tracking metrics and optimizing recruiting workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, or related roles.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR operations and lifecycle processes.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day recruiting activity, including postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer letters.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand open roles, hiring needs, candidate preferences, interview availability, and hiring timelines.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies and manage vendor relationships.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate flow, and hiring results to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Manage job advertising budgets and recruiting resources (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms).
• Support a positive candidate and new hire experience through timely, professional communication.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding with new hires.
• Support HRIS updates and employee lifecycle tasks (schedule assignments, new hires, job changes, reviews, records).
• Coordinate quarterly review processes and follow up as needed.
• Provide general HR support while maintaining confidential information with discretion.
