Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with employees and managers to deliver a positive employee experience and support Talent initiatives, employee relations, and Talent cycle processes. Under the direction of the Talent Business Partner, you will help maintain compliant records, support engagement programs, and assist with workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years in HR, Talent Operations, or related support role.
• Experience supporting employee programs, engagement initiatives, or HR processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships.
• Problem-solving skills; able to adapt in a changing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support Employee Experience programs including engagement surveys and interviews.
• Gather feedback and Talent data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist leaders in executing engagement and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and Talent data in systems.
• Support Talent programs and processes and respond to inquiries.
