Milwaukee Tool is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with employees and managers to deliver a positive employee experience. This role supports Talent initiatives, engagement efforts, and Talent cycle processes while building foundational business and Talent expertise.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties, including employee relations, program support, data accuracy, and cross-functional partnership in a fast-paced environment. Growth within a leading construction brand awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in HR/Talent Operations or related support role.
• Experience supporting employee programs, performance management, or HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with employees and managers to deliver a positive employee experience.
• Support engagement surveys, stay interviews, exit interviews, and action planning.
• Assist Talent initiatives and processes including performance reviews and internal mobility.
• Maintain accurate employee records and respond to routine inquiries.
