Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Talent Specialist to support the Talent Solution Center and serve as the initial point of contact for employees. You will assist with Talent projects, onboarding, data maintenance, and compliance across the organization.

The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate responses, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, and maintaining HRIS data integrity while ensuring a smooth orientation for new hires.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Communications or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail, organization, time management and follow-up skills.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to work independently or on a team.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Address Help Cases within the Workday platform and over the phone, resolving inquiries about benefits, payroll, time/attendance, and policies.
• Document inquiries and resolutions in the Workday Help case system with detailed records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to employees with empathy, professionalism, and patience.
• Escalate complex issues to the HR Help Desk Manager or HR specialist for resolution.
• Complete Workday Inbox Tasks and support employee data audits to ensure data integrity.
