Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with employees and managers, delivering a positive employee experience. You will support talent initiatives, engagement efforts, performance processes, and employee relations while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Talent Business Partners to execute programs, gather feedback, and drive improvements across the organization. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of HR-related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 1-3 years of HR, Talent Operations, or related role experience.
• Experience supporting employee programs, engagement initiatives, or HR processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support employee experience programs including surveys, feedback, and action planning.
• Assist Talent Partners with performance management, reviews, and development initiatives.
• Support employee relations, compliance, and documentation.
• Build relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
